Portable Roughness Tester RT-10
The Portable Roughness Tester RT-10 permits the measurement and evaluation of roughness parameters directly on the site of production offering the advantages of being easy to carry, and simple to use. With the integrated accessories like V-block, it can measure in difficult positions: on cylinders, in the vertical position, over- head position,c. The probe maybe turned by 90 degree to permit measurements in grooves between shoulders (e.g. crankshaft). On the integrated Display, which is shielded by a special protective membrane, the roughness parameters can be read easily. Up to 30 measurements can be saved to ensure the mobility.

Dial Gauge Tester "TKU 40"
The Dial Gauge Tester "TKU 40" of Firm Q.P.T. is as follows. A traditional Testing Machine can check the electronic length gauging head always with the indicating unit, but the "TKU 40" has the combination an inductive and incremental Reference systems and so a length gauging head itself can be checked. It checks fully automatically inductive and incremental length gauging heads of the Firms Tesa, Mahr, Heidenhain etc. The testing time for an inductive length gauging head with a measuring range of ± 1mm requires under 30 seconds ! The test is done by the analog system. It checks also digitals dial gauges with Mitutoyo-electronics, Sylvac, Mahr etc. and then checks semi-automatically Microcators, dial comparator, test indicator, measuring unit without data output etc.

Universal Tester for Heads Advantages
1. The combination an inductive and incremental reference systems
2. The both reference systems start at each measuring cycle always from the absolute mechanical and electronic system Zero. That means, existing system error can be compensated mathematically.
3. An inductive length gauging head will be checked completely about linearity error.
4. The testing time for an inductive length gauging head with analog output is very quick.

Contour measuring system "Conturomatic T2"
Firm Q.P.T. Innovation Technik Handels GmbH manufactures a contour measuring system "Conturomatic T2". It is a compact system however a large measuring volume of 250 x 320mm, and with highest precision and simple operation.

CIL-ZX-USB	The Cellcheck CIL-ZX-USB System This system is mainly used for checking and inspecting reflective surfaces. Thanks to the coaxial light there is no irritating reflection which might lead to misinterpretation and wrong measurement. The Cellcheck CIL is always supplied with the MST stand which has proven particularly stable on flat materials and rollers. The delivery carried out in a stabil aluminium case plus CCD-Color camera; sidewise and coaxial illumination; 2x, 4x, 6x and 10x objektive; stand MST. The Analysis Software "METRIC in Japanese" is also prepared with option, and this software is fully worked-out for Print- & Emboss Industry.

Video Inspection System V7000 with the great focalisation range

The Main advantage of this system is the easy handling and the great focalisation range . The concept is to build a system for fast inspection of workpieces with different maginifications via a macro Zoom objective. During the inspection, the operator chooses his desired magnification by turning the ring on the objective. No height adjustment is needed. With the cold light source with slot-ringlight and a USB camera full screen images on a 20" screen are possible. In combination with a PC memorisation and full documentation is also possible. There is another type with special objective with very high focalisation range (approx. 30mm) not with a macro Zoom objective. This system has flexibility as a modular design of the right picture using 2 cameras, and this is used to inspect tools using one Zoom camera and one special camera. The 3 picture of the lower side are sample imades with Zoom camera.

AG Davis-AA Gage
Groove Gage

A trading company asked us as follows. He saw the company name of "A.G. Davis" (A.G. Davis - AA Gage) from our web site, because he was asked by one of his customers about a groove gage manufactured by A.G. Davis. The customer has been used the groove gage as the photo in the right side. According to the model change the end user has to use a groove gage with other specification, and the end user is looking for a company who handles this groove gage. We have sold formerly the precise index tables called "Ultradex" manufactured by Firm AA Gage. We have not yet contacted with Firm A.G. Davis after A.G. Davis and AA Gage were united to form a new one. After the contact of Firm A.G. Davis we can sell also his products in Japan. The end user specified us the type number and a Federal's indicator, and he requested also some modifications. We have contacted with Firm A.G. Davis about the modifications using the exchanges of E-mails and we got the approval drawing from the end user and could deliver the groove gage without problem.
