President Peter Müller of Firm M-Service came to our office and checked Japanese "Metric" Software.
On March 14, Wednesday 2012 I met President Peter Müller of Firma M-Service & Geräte at his booth of the "GrindTec 2012" Show exhibited in Augsburg, Germany. He showed me his newest measuring instruments and we talked about the sales of his instruments in Japan. He told me that he will exhibit his instruments at the 13. SIMM Show in China and make a business trip in Asia. We asked about the possibility of trip in Japan. Then he promised that he would come to Japan on April 8, Sunday and come to our office during his Japan trip.
On April 11, Wednesday I went to his hotel in Tokyo and came to our office. We had already his instrument, a measuring XY cross table with a mobile video microscope. He had updated the newest version of Japanese "Metric" software. He had also reconstructed the system hardwear from a CCD Camera to a USB camera. After that there are many merits from new functions. We decide to make its newest leaflet in Japanese. If we finish it, we will announce on this Home page. First of all we made a M-Service's leaflet of mobile video microscope of CIL-ZX in Japanes. Please ask us per E-mail, if you want to have this leaflet.
President Peter Müller visited the show at the Tokyo Big Site on April 12, Thursday and returned to Germany on April 13, Friday from about 3 weeks business trip in Asia. We got from him a general catalogue of M-Service in English. We want to make this general catalogu into Japanese one by one.

Mobile Color Video Microscope CIL-ZX-USB
 The photo shows Firm M-Service's Mobile USB Microscope, CIL-ZX-USB. This is the ideal aid for depth measurement. The digital dial gauge measures the distance between 2 focal planes for non-contact measurement of hole depths in circuit boards or cell depths on anilox rollers and intaglio cylinders. The measurement should be accomplished at very high magnification to limit the depth of field, which eliminates a possible source of error. The lenses are 2x, 4x, 6x,10x, 15x, 20x and 30x as a standard accessories. At the 30x magnification and the 1600 x 1200 pixel USB camera displays 900x or 1350x on a 17" CRT.
The virtually play-free, coaxial drive allows exact focusing on the focal plane. Important for optimum readings: Always focus the top and bottom focus level from the same side. This is the only way to ensure elimination of inaccuracies in the measurement resulting from a slight backlash. Here the coaxial illumination directly through the lens plays a significant role. This light guidance is the only feature that allows exact recognition of the focal planes. The fine focusing mechanism can be pushed to the side for quick adjustment. An LED ring light is included with the set for materials such as rubber. The nine LED's are arranged at an angle of 30° to the optical center.
Measuring softwares "Metric" or "Metric-Plus"
When using with these measuring softwares, you can do measurement in the live image. The surface check and surface measurement in details will de done for an electric industry, a printing industry, a glass industry, a plastic industry and so on.
Mobile Color Video Microscope Cellcheck Mini-USB
 USB video microscope for your briefcase. The 1600 x 1200 pixel, USB camera allows the LED ring light also supplied with power from the camera. A 2x and 4x lens are supplied with the microscope. This results in a magnification of approx. 90x and 180x on the monitor. Lenses with magnification factors of 3x, 6x, 10x, 15x 20x, and 30x are also available if desired. This handy microscope body is very light and allows precise adjustment to the focal point. In combination with the Metric Standard or Metric Plus measuring software this is a professional measuring and testing system, suitable for the electronics, printing, wood, glass and plastics industry and virtually all fields requiring surface evaluation or measurement of details.
Portable Optical Video Microscope (with USB-Camera) for Printing Rolls
CIL-ZX-USB | Cellcheck CIL-ZX-USB System
It is used to check and measure the high reflective surfaces as a printing rolls. Using the coaxial lightening without the ineffective reflection it prevents an operator from mismeasurements. this CIL System is always sold with the Stand MST to measure the flat surface and of course the round surface. The standard delivry is in an aluminum case including CCD Color camera with MST Stand; coaxial lightening; 2x, 4x, 6x, and 10x objective.
As an option there are measuring softwares "Metric" in Japanese version, especially to fit for the printing roll measurements. |

Video Inspection System V7000 with the great focalisation range
  The Main advantage of this system is the easy handling and the great focalisation range . The concept is to build a system for fast inspection of workpieces with different maginifications via a macro Zoom objective. During the inspection, the operator chooses his desired magnification by turning the ring on the objective. No height adjustment is needed. With the cold light source with slot-ringlight and a USB camera full screen images on a 20" screen are possible. In combination with a PC memorization and full documentation is also possible. There is another type with special objective with very high focalisation range (approx. 30mm) not with a macro Zoom objective. This system has flexibility as a modular design of the right picture using 2 cameras, and this is used to inspect tools using one Zoom camera and one special camera. The 3 picture of the lower side are sample images with Zoom camera.

Augsburg where this trade show was held is one of many towns, that belong to a Romantic Road in Germany. This town is one of the oldest towns in Germany, that are constructed by Emperor Augsutus of the Roman Empire more than 2000 years ago. We can see many Renaissance and Beroque houses on the Maximilian Street and also in the center of the city.
The place of this trade show is in the suburbs of Augsburg. There is a connecting bus from Augsburg Station to the trade show's place. This trade show was for the grinding technology, and we could see many famous names as gringing manufacturers, tool manufacturers and measuring manufacturers including Japanease ones. Many visitors came to the M-Service's booth but we could talk very successfully. One optical specialist of Firm Q.P.T. retired and we couldn't get good contacts about the optics problems. And we bagen to get a business directly with Firm M-Service & Geräte.
