Last Updated : January 2017 Our sales of the SLM system was over in 2016, but we sell the Nylon Vacuum Casting Machine. In November 2016 the one year warranty after the installation of the SLM 500HL QUAD. We visited the SLM Solutions Group AG (Firm SLM Solutions GmbH was changed to SLM Solutions Group AG, because the sales of Selective Laser Metal Melting Systems succeed and the invested capital makes bigger company.) to have a meeting. The customer made a contract after the warranty with the SLM Solutions Singapore Pte Ltd.
Last Updated : December 2015 SLM 500HL QUAD was installed and Selective Laser Metal Melting System for the mass production-use is in operation in Japan.
The Installation works of the SLM 500HL QUAD had started from October 1, 2015. The check marks were fixed on the important wooden boxes to check the vibration and/or the inclination during the transportation. OK markings were written near the check marks.   
Last Updated : September 2015 Visit at Firm SLM Solutions GmbH in order to use the SLM 500HL QUAD for a mass production immediately after the Installation in Japan 
We visited with the customer at Firma SLM Sulutions GmbH in Luebeck from July 1st to July 5th. We checked and asked about the change of the build job size, the confirmation of the overlapped area with 4 Lasers, the request of the SLM parameters and etc. They were making a new show room. We asked also Executive, Managers and specialist, Mr. Frahm, Mr. Frohwerk, Mr. Beck, Mr. Wiesner and other staffs to fulfill our requests before the shipment at the end of September. 
We visited again with the customer at Firma SLM Sulutions GmbH from September 10th to September 21st to confirm our requests asking in July. And we attended the Factory Acceptance Test. Somehow we could confirm the big size build job and SLM Parameter change. Firm SLM Solutions GmbH promised the Air shipment at the end of September as schedule. The new show room had opened already.
Last Updated : March 2015 Receipt of the order for SLM 500HL QUAD with 4 lasers suitbale for a mass production type in March after 2 years efforts 
We visited with the customer at Firma SLM Sulutions GmbH from February 4th to February 11th. We asked and saw a real build job by the SLM 500HL QUAD in a factory. Until now we could confirm the sample build job using the SLM 280HL TWIN (2 Lasers), of course we were not fully satisfied it. However the customer wanted to have the SLM 500HL QUAD (4 Lasers) for his mass production use. During our visit we could see actually the real machine, SLM 500HL QUAD.

Last Updated : December 2014 SLM 280HL is in operation at Kinki University, Research Institute. 
2 weeks in the first half in November we installed with SLM engineers the SLM 280HL with Double Beams and in the same period the 1. training was over. Then the small rest works were made in 2 weeks in the first half in December. The 2. training was the practices. The slective laser melting technology involves a lot of basic knowledges and many small bones make a big fish. We agent and SLM Solutions are also 2 small bones, but we hope, we can help the customers always, if they need.

Last Updated : July 2013 Presentation trip with SLM people in Japan SLM Solutions GmbH, Mr. Henner Schöneborn (Technical- and sales director) und Mr. Stefan Janzen (SLM Product specialist) were come to Japan to make the presentation of the SLM Technology and Systems for Japanese customers. In Japan this year we often the words, 3D Printer and Selective Laser Melting System in newspapers, TV and books. And we received many questions about SLM technology from many Japanese companies. We asked Firm SLM Solutions GmbH to help us and 2 abovementioned gentlemen came to Japan for a week from July 15th to 20th.

Mr. Stefan Ritt, Export, Sales & Marketing Manager of Firm MTT had a lecture at the 33 Japan Rapid Prototyping Sumposium held at Shibaura Institute of Technology in Tokto, Japan. He introduced his latest technology about RP market, esprcially Selective Laser Melting.

A German Engineer, Mr. Wolfgang Brockmueller came to Install 2 machines.One customer is Firm N. in Kawasaki-shi, Kanagawa-ken. (The upper photo) And another customer is Firm T. in Fujieda-shi, Shizuoka-ken. (The lower photo)

Last Updated : December 2007 1st Report - A glass fiber filled Nylon Parts by MCP Nylon Vacuum Casting Firm (MCP HEK Tooling GmbH) is very famous for the manufacturer of the Nylon Vacuum Casting machine, and he announced this time about the production of a glass fiber filled Nylon parts. From December 5, Wednesday to December 8, Saturday in 2007 there was the exhibiton "EUROMOULD 2007" in Frankfurt. Firma MCP HEK exhibited this equipments. We will introduce this system as the 1st report, "Production of a glass fiber filled Nylon parts with MCP HEK Vacuum Casting Equipment". The retrofit kit is available for the customer who has MCP Nylon Vacuum Casting Machine Model 4/04 Nylon and/or 5/04 Nylon.

After the rainy season and the humid summer was coming, then the MCP Nylon Vacuum Casting Machine made seldom incomplete casting parts. We have often phoned with MCP HEK engineers about a problem happened at the customer. A conclusion is that the polymerization of a chemical reaction may arise incompletely, and then Firm MCP HEK sent Mr. Robert Kalina to Japan and he confirmed phenomenon. The humidity gave moisture into the Nylon materials and the polymerization didn't happen. The customer changes to keep the Nylon Materials free from moisture. Then the Nylon Module was also exchanged from new one and Mr. Kalina gave his training to the customer again.The photo shows Mr. Kalina and the biggest mould which can be used in MCP HEK 5/04 Nylon Vacuum Casting Machine. Firm MCP HEK and we will give a full after sales service with the customer satisfaction for this new technology.

Firm MCP HEK opened the 3rd MCP HEK Tooling Global Distributor Meeting at Luebeck, Germany on one week from March 27, Monday to March 31, Friday. The city of Luebeck is the north of the big city of Hamburg, northern Germany and famous for the Nobel prize winner in Literature, Mr. Thomas Mann and Mr. Guenter Grass. During the day we were very busy to discuss the market survey for all countries, to get lessons new machinery and to see demo operation, to study the web site and so on. In the night there were welcome party at the historical restaurant "Schiffergesellschaft" and the night tour in Luebeck, Kart racing, dinner at ship-restaurant in Hamburg harbour and the night tour also in Hamburg. We got the bus tour to Borchen near Paderborn to see and to study SLM technology. We appreciate the kindness from the people from England and German of MCP-Group. Last Updated : January 2006 MCP 5/04 Nylon Vacuum Casting machine was successfully installed at Firm Plamerry Design in January 2006.  The MCP 5/04 Nylon Vacuum Casting Machine was installed by Mr. Bernd Mahlin, MCP-HEK's Application Technician. These works include installation, operator instruction and also wide training in advanced vacuum casting technologies. Then the customer leanred how to make mould, how to cast and special technique (Prototyping in Silicon rubber and highly filled viscous Materials). Mr. Mahlin holds white Silicon casted part with his right hand, and these parts will be found for new application. We recognized the Rapid prototyping in Vacuum casting again. Mr. Bernd Mahlin and President Kutsuna of Firm Plamerry Design are at the front of the Machine MCP 5/04. This room was built according to the MCP's suggested layout for Nylon vacuum casting room. Last Updated : October 2005 The visit to Firm MCP-HEK Tooling GmbH located in Luebeck City of north Germany in October 2005, and the conclusion of the Distributor's agreement  MCP Vacuum casting, first introduced exclusively by MCP over 15 years ago, remains the most used process for replicating models for prototype production of parts in vacuum plastics, waxes, low melt alloys and, as the most recent development, in Nylon PA 6 thermoplastic. The MCP Vacuum Casting Process (now called the traditional or standard process) has proven to be the perfect solution, combined with generative Rapid Prototyping Technology, for improving time and quality and drastically reducing the cost of prototype production worldwide. During our 3 days stay we saw the machinen and factory and got the demo operation, then we confirmed MCP new development technology. We placed an order of MCP Vacuum Casting machine at once.
