 Firm Kappa opto-electronics is a unique company and manufactures some instruments used in forensic, defense and law enforcement ranges. The left picture shows a portable X-Ray camera system, which is very effective to protect terrorism as bombs and chemical weapons and this portable one is the same as one used in airports. However this system is the designated product of NATO and has own stock number. (In Japan this system needs the certificate of "X-Ray Operating Engineer".)
The left picture shows Kappa's unique product, which is the small remote-controlled 6-wheels vehicle called "SON" and which is driven under the cars and aircrafts having suspicious and explosive objects and disarms them. The working distance is 500 m using eye contact and this vehicle can invade the destroyed buildings by earthquake and catch the voices of lived people with built-in microphone, for example. Recently the Geiger counter is also built-in to check radioactive contamination.
The right picture shows a gun barrel inspection system to check the inner surface between 76 to 203 mm diameter. This system is also the designated product and has own stock number.

Meteorological Instruments

Naval System : Lambrecht is the competent partner for high sophisticated, reliable and long lasting naval systems, which is designed and approved products according to naval standards as EMC, shock, vibration, environmental conditions and for best radar, magnetic and infrared signatures. Naval systems are for Frigates, Corvettes, Mine hunters, Cruise lines, ... Most precise instruments of latest technology as new static wind sensor QUATRO, METEO-LCD (meteorological data display), as well as SYNMET (multipurpose data logger) are suitable for various naval requirements. The system is dedicated to perform the required project engineering to realize professional and individual solutions regarding the specific sensors and data distribution to the navigation and ship's interface according to NMEA 0183 Standard. These systems are delivered to German Navy and other countries.
Military System are armies and air forces. Most precise instruments of latest technology as new static wind sensor QUATRO, METEO-LCD (meteorological data display) are suitable for various military requirements. The data acquisition system SYNMET and the PC-software MeteoWare-SYNOP feature a complete professional meteorological system. The system is dedicated to perform the required project engineering to realize professional and individual solutions regarding the specific sensors and data distribution and visualisation for operating staffs, weather reporting system and board computer. Military Standard Automatic Weather StationWith respect to the safety of air traffic and other tactical demands the availability of reliable meteorological information is a major subject. For this application together with experienced military users LAMBRECHT has designed an intelligent and powerful data acquisition system which is capable to process data of the classical meteorological sensors and optional special sensors for cloud height, visibility and a GPS module in order to obtain precise geographical information of longitude and latitude of the station as well as a precision information of UTC time and date.
The modular system is consisting of compact and lightweight components in combination with prepared cable sets in order to enable an easy mobile and portable mode of operation. The system can be installed and set into operation in the field by only a few people within a very short time.
All material and components especially are selected in order to fulfill strongest environmental conditions, for instance a wide temperature range, electrostatic discharges (ESD), electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) as well as electromagnetic interferences (EMI).
 |  |  | All components are designed according to international approved standards of EN, ISO, DIN, VDE/VDI and the regulations of the WMO and the ICAO. Especially for the aviation applications the system is able to generate the world-wide standardized meteorological messages (e.g. SYNOP, METAR) and to forward them to any destination by means of a dialing modem in an automatic or manual mode of the station.
The system components can be delivered along with approved heavy-duty cases and individual shaped foam inlets for all items in order to prevent damages of the equipment caused by shock and wetness during transportation and storage. |
