We are strong in importing, therefore we are asked whether we can import special German products, which no Japanese company imports. Sometimes German manufacturer doesn't want to export their products to Japan, then we ask our close German company to buy and to export us. We have much know-how of import business and we substitute for our Japanese customer to import their required products with a reasonable price.

Example 3)
One of the surface treatments is a paint-coating. The painting functions as surface decoration and also as corrosion-resistant. The surface decorations are available as mirror-like metal effect, soft touch etc. A chrom plating as a mirror finish is for metal only, however the painting can spray not only the metal but also a resin such as polycarbonate and this is a large merit. The left photo shows the painted BMW car for an exhibition. Firm Special Coatings GmbH & Co. KG located in the suburbs of Munich studies the painting. We imported metal effect paint requested by a Japanese customer. This paint is aprayed thinly through a special nozzle, and the BMW car was painted by SC metal effect paint in this connection. Firm Special Coatings manufactures an automated paint-coating machine called SC-COATER^®. It is used for the coating of plastics such as cosmetic parts, jewellery, stationeries, curtain rings etc. The spraying and the effective IR-curing process is done automatically during the drum rotation. The coating changes from plastic parts to the valuable parts. It is said that the paint efficiency will be up to 90-95% resulting in huge savings in paint. The right photo shows tha samples coated by SC metal effect paints.

Example 2)
The sketches of the right show optical components, which are manufactured by Firm Bernhard Halle Nachfl. GmbH in Berlin. The team of scientists and high qualified fine optics engineers offers a large number of precision optical components. Especially the manufacturing of polarization optics is carried out with much experience.

Example 1)
The picture of the left shows a forklift manufactured by Firm Linde in Germany. In Japan the sales agent exists, but he cannot prepare all service parts for many kinds of Linde's forklifts and it is very difficult to deal urgent case for a big company.
The forklift was out of order, and we imported a pump, a motor, an O-ring and a micro switch according to the request of a Japanese customer. In Germany Firm Linde prepares all service parts delivered from their stock, and then we could import parts within 2 weeks from the customer's order date.
The Linde Forklift business was independent from Firm Linde AG on August 1, 2006 and become Firm Linde Material Handling GmbH & Co. KG.
