Firm JENAer Messtechnik GmbH, Germany has become independent from the Optical Division of Carl Zeiss Jena Laboratories, and manufactures the Dual-Frequency Laser Interferometer and Precision Thermometer. Last Updated : January 2007 Dual-Frequency Laser Interferometer System ZLM900-LSI connecting with an Optical Fiber Newly announced Interferometer ZLM900-LSI doesn't need a tripod for the laser measuring head. The laser is connected with an optical fiber and is easy to operate this compact Interferometer. The photo shows ZLM900-LSI of Firm JENAer Messtechnik GmbH. The principle is a Dual-Frequency Laser Interferometer System which is the same as ZLM500/700. The laser source is integrated in the main housing and you can bring the laser source with an optical fiber where you want. This system is able to measure the moving object at high object speed up to 4m/s. The 640 MHz beet frequency of its two modes is quadrupled for the purpose of signal processing. The high-frequency signal processing enables measurements at very high object speeds up to 12m/s, without interpolation errors and with extremely short signal delay. |
